When they reach their final shape and size the plants are naturally preserved to maintain their fragrance, color and texture.

All Forever Green Art plants and floral arrangements are naturally preserved using a simple glycerin solution in combination with the controlled heat and humidity of one of their preservation rooms. The glycerin used is food grade (kosher) and totally safe for you and your pets. During the preservation process heat and low humidity dehydrates the plants and flowers, forcing them to “drink” the glycerin solution in an effort to rehydrate. The glycerin solution then solidifies in the plant and preserves it for all time. During this process FDA approved food grade dyes can are added to enhance a plants natural colors or even change the natural colors – as is the case for many or our floral elements.
There are actually few things you need to do to keep your Forever Green Art plants looking beautiful for years to come. DO NOT water your plant. DO NOT put your plant in direct sunlight. It is not recommended that you place your plant outdoors as this may reduce its lifespan and make it vulnerable to insect, deer and jealous neighbors. DO occasionally dust your plant with a light feather duster. You may also use canned air to spray off accumulated dust while keeping the tip at least 2 inches from the plant. DO put your plant in a prominent part of your home or office and show it to all that visit.
The life of our products varies by type but you should expect the following:
Junipers: 7+ Years
Floral: 3+ Years (due to increased handling)
Bonasi: 7+ Years
Eucalyptus: 10+ Years
Palms: 7+ Years

All returns require a minimum 25 percent re-stocking fee plus shipping and handling.
Standard Return Policy: U.S. Customers Only
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any item with the exception of custom built trees, closeouts and overstock items within thirty (30) days of receipt as long as the product is returned in a new and unused condition inside its original packaging. A $25.00 re-stocking fee is required on all returns. Please contact our customer service department at (800)949-6001 to receive a return authorization number before returning any item for any reason.
- All returned merchandise must be in new, unused, and resalable condition
- The product must be free from any defects
- You must have the original packaging for the item
- There cannot be any writing on the packaging for the item
- Packages must be sent back by customer via an insurable and traceable source. Ex: FedEx or UPS, or USPS with tracking and insurance. We can’t be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
- All items must be returned with their assigned return authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may delay any available credit. Please print your return authorization number email and place it in the box.
- All items must be postmarked within 10 days of issuance of the return authorization
You can cancel items that have not been shipped yet. To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please call our customer service department immediately. Once an item or an order has been shipped it cannot be canceled, and you will have to process a general return.
Christmas Return Policy: U.S. Customers Only
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE BOX OR ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS UNTIL YOU HAVE INSPECTED YOUR ORDER AND ARE SATISFIED YOUR ORDER IS COMPLETE. IF YOUR ITEM IS DAMAGED YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN TWENTY FOUR (24) HOURS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR PRODUCT.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your Christmas item within thirty (30) days of receipt, or before December 20th which ever date comes first as long as the product is returned in new and unused-condition inside its original packaging.
All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or exchange and are subject to our standard $25.00 re-stocking fee. We will refund you for the total purchase price, upon receipt of the product, less any shipping costs that we incurred to ship your order (this applies for free shipping items as well), and a minimum $25.00 re-stocking fee. A credit will be issued upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item.
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
- Any items returned without a return authorization number, RMA, will be refused and returned to sender.
- If authorization for return is given the item must be returned within 10 days of issuance of the return authorization.
- Any Christmas item purchased on or after November 22nd and before December 20th cannot be returned after December 20th . The 30 day return policy does not apply to these purchases.
- Items purchased before Christmas cannot be returned after Christmas. NO EXCEPTIONS.
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL. If your international shipment arrives damaged, we will work with you to exchange or repair your item. We do not accept returns for international orders.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the properly returned item. Please note: we will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
We will do our best to process the return quickly. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only.
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Do not dispose of the box or any packaging materials until you have inspected your order and are satisfied it is complete. If your item is damaged you must contact customer service within 24 hours of receipt of your order to file a claim. You must save all of the packaging materials that were used for the shipment.
All rush orders are exempt from our standard return policy. We do not accept returns for RUSH orders.
